vintage YUGOSLAVIAN WOMAN DOLL ethnic peasant folk outfit METAL STEIN SHOT GLASS Vintage Eastern European doll has a molded mask face with painted features. A red print headscarf covers her blond center parted hair that’s styled in blond braids. Her side glancing eyes are blue. Doll wears an ethnic folk outfit made cotton fabrics with embroidery embellishments. Doll has white knit stockings on her legs with real leather moccasin type shoes. Sold with the doll is a small metal stein from the same estate. The metal stein is bottomless and appears to be a shot glass. Being bottomless the pore must be finished in one gulp (cheers!). Doll is unbranded. A Google image search reveals this doll may be dressed in a Yugoslavian ethnic folk costume. Doll comes from a Kansas City estate. Exact age unknown, probably 1930’s – 40’s. Vintage Yugoslavian doll’s molded face is clean with no marks. Cotton fabric outfit has no fading or tears. There is some discoloration in the chest area of the white dress. The scarf around her face has an unfinished edge that is “fringed”. Doll has no smokey odors. Please inspect photos. Doll measures approximately 7″ tall.
