Here is a darling 9″ Patsyette Doll By Tonner/Effanbee in 2004. She has only been displayed in an adult collector collection, clean, no odors. She is all hard plastic, all movable. She has a sweet face with nicely painted facial features, and pretty rooted red hair. She is dressed in the “Winter Chill” Plaid dress, white tights, shoes, red coat and matching hat and mittens.
