These are considered the Schildkrot kids with a wooden standup German sign, and both dolls and stand are made in Germany. They both have the turtle trademark on their back with the blue plastic handbag.

Schildkrot is known for their turtle mark. Mark on doll’s back is very faint and is either the PH in a diamond shape or the Turtle Mark Schildkrot Schutz-Marke in a trapazoid and 32 DRP is also embossed and is the size in cm (only the 32 shows up on the photo).
