Based on my research I believe these arms belong to an antique Kewpie doll from the 1910s-1920s era. Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong
Vintage Antique 1920s Composition Kewpie Doll Red Heart Label by Rose O Neill
Darling antique composition Kewpie doll designed by artist Rose O’Neill in the 1920’s. This Kewpie stands 11″ tall, and has little blue wings in back. On her chest, she still has her original red heart decal intact. Her arms are moveable so she can pose; stringing is tight. She is in nice condition with no damage to speak of, and clean. Kewpie displays with a wonderful antique ambiance and would be a treasured addition to any doll (or antiques) collection. Thanks for looking.

Cameo Giggles 13” Composition Doll All Original & Pristine with Tag & Box 1946
All are from my carefully curated personal collection. The face paint is bright and the composition is perfect. I haven’t even found any crazing.
LARGE 24″ VINTAGE ROSE O’NEILL CAMEO KEWPIE DOLL STRING JOINTED PAINTED EYES
Darling playpal size vintage Kewpie doll in exceptionally nice condition. She has painted side glance eyes and is string jointed so she can pose. At 24″ tall, she’s as big as a little girl! Her outfit is factory made and at least as old as the doll, but may or may not be original. Her little black oilcloth shoes fit perfectly, but the straps are broken and being held on with string. The socks and underpants are newer replacements. Her stringing is tight enough for her to stand on her own and pose. There is a crack inside one leg joint (please see last photo) This does not effect her ability to stand. Other than that, she’s in good shape and clean with no stains or dents. This big Kewpie displays beautifully and would be a treasured addition to any doll collection. Thanks for looking.
