Early Kestner Closed Mouth Turned Shoulder Head Doll, All Orig., EXCELLENT COND.
This Early Kestner 13″ Turned Shoulder Head Doll is a beautiful antique doll from c.1900. The bisque is perfect with fine coloring and without any flaws. The back of the shoulder head shows a single long hair–it is not a crack or other mark.

She has striking features with incredible cobalt blue glass eyes (set). She is incised on the back of the shoulder plate under the leather body #639 8. This doll is circa 1885 before DEP was added in 1887.

For your consideration is one Antique Doll. Comes exactly as pictured. Includes only what you see pictured. No markings but I think it’s a Kestner based on the leather body. No cracks or breaks on the head or hands. I believe she is full of cork bits. Tiny hole in the bottom of one foot where I think some cork is escaping. See last photo. 18″ Armand Marseille 370 Bisque Shoulder Head Great Original Body, Old Costume
18″ Armand Marseille 370 . No bisque flaws detected. Brown stationary eyes. Newer auburn human hair wig with curls. Nice leather body, perfect bisque lower arms with no finger chips. Lower legs have been repainted but are nicely done. What is really wonderful about this doll is her antique clothes. Her pantaloons and half slip are really marvelous. The cotton 2 piece top and skirt are very old (pre 1900s) – Prairie style and worn but boast old taupe lace and MOP buttons. She wears a small old crochet cap. This 370 really displays nicely, comes with stand.

Kling China head in good condition, with body and original 2 piece outfit needing TLC. Head marked 189 and 6 and Germany with incised bell. Head is separate from the factory cloth body. The body is factory made and quite old.
