This is a pair of vintage Dutch children, made in the USA by Junel Quality Products circa 1930s-1940s. ChatGPT says they are composition,if so they are stunning in preservation…I think they may be hard plastic.please see the photos. Each stands 11”and has the original box. While I can find no damage on the dolls, the girl’s box has seen better days. Again,please see photos.
