Beautiful Rare SNF Tan Opaque celluloid baby doll François – 1930-1939 63cm
Rare 63cm tan coloured opaque celluloid Societe Nobel Francois SNF doll Francois with celluloid brown eyes moving limbs perfect original paintwork only tiny flaw is the eyelash loss on right eye. He has been in my dolly cabinet for well over 50 years and is a near perfect example of a true celluloid SNF Francois. Celluloid is very fragile and dolls like this should only be handled by adult collectors and stored where there is no extreme changes of temperature. He is dressed in a vintage smocked white cotton dress with PeterPan collar The dress buttons down the back and ties at the waist. The vintage toy duck is not included in the sale I have carefully restrung him ready for his new owner to enjoy him for many years without worry Sadly downsizing my doll collection as we are moving to a much smaller home so no dolly room or places for the cabinets. I would love my dolls to go to fellow collectors who can appreciate their beauty and value.
