Her face mold was used for many different dolls of her era and later so it could be a few dolls however it closely matches Karina Von Busch by both look and era. The body is plastic but the arms and face are rubber. She’s in very good condition with few signs of age. She was found in a doll trunk that had its oldest doll from the early 60s and newest doll from the early 70s. She’s dressed in a custom clone outfit with a heart necklace.
