Here’s a beautiful Daisy doll by Heinrich Handwerck/ Simon Halbig. She has an auburn mohair wig, blue glass, sleep eyes, molded brows, no lashes above the eyes and a fine line from the base of the neck to the hole at the nape of her neck- it seems very stable.

Rare antique Simon & Halbig Heinrich Handwerck Daisy doll. This doll was offered as a premium for three subscriptions to the Ladies Home Journal Magazine and $4.50 in 1911. She is 18” tall. Marked, “Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon Halbig 1.” Pierced ears, blue sleep eyes, striated brows, open mouth with teeth, rosy cheeks. Her blonde mohair wig is full. Darling face and sweet expression! There appears to be a small hairline behind one ear, please see picture. Her fingers and toes are intact, stringing is tight. Minor play wear on body. She is wearing a nice reproduction antique style pink and cream striped dress, bloomers, shoes and socks. Beautiful and desirable doll. No odors.
