Item: This is an antique baby doll created by the Hertel & Schwab Company of Germany. It is mold #152. It has a porcelain bisque head with blue glass sleep eyes & a blonde mohair wig. The body is all composition & is jointed at the neck, shouders, & hips. It is wearing a diaper with a pink floral flannel jacket that appears to have been added. The doll will be shipped with the wig & the pate removed so the head can be filled with tissue to prevent the eyes from moving during transport. It will need to be reglued upon receipt.
